I have camped in all the lower 48 states. I especially loved backpacking in the woods of Colorado, Arkansas, and California, it got me away from the brutal Texas summer heat. I had an old Coleman external frame pack that I took everywhere. I finally upgraded to a Lowe internal frame, but I will always remember carrying that old pack all over the country.
